I’ve called Blair County home my entire life, and when I built Rail City Realty, I wanted the brokerage to feel like it belonged here. That intention is woven into everything we do. From the Rail City name to our logo, our colors, our brand, and the way we show up in the community, this brokerage was built around the place that raised me. Rail City Realty isn’t just located in Blair County. It was created to represent it. As the founder and Broker/Owner, I’ve built my business around a simple belief: real estate should still feel personal. My background in marketing, years of experience as a million- and multi-million-dollar producer, and deep knowledge of our local market allow me to bring strategy and experience to every transaction. But I also believe how we treat people matters just as much as the numbers. Our clients deserve honesty, communication, strong representation, and someone who will genuinely show up when things get complicated. That philosophy has grown into something much bigger than my own real estate business. Today, I’m building a team at Rail City Realty centered around education, collaboration, accountability, and doing right by people. I’m also passionate about supporting local businesses, creating community events, working alongside our schools and organizations, and finding ways to bring people together. Because to me, being a local business owner means more than having an office in your hometown. It means being part of it. Outside of real estate, I’m Rachel. Wife to Jason, mom to Jaxon and Tyson, lifelong Blair County resident, business owner, community advocate, and unapologetic pug lover. Hines and Sid 😇 will always have a piece of my heart, and these days Rooney and Boswell keep life at home plenty entertaining.
